Unmixr Affiliate & Referral Program Terms

1. The program

The Unmixr Affiliate & Referral Program ("Program") lets you earn a commission for referring new customers to Unmixr AI, LLC ("Unmixr", "we", "us"). By generating or sharing a referral link you agree to these terms, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Any Unmixr account holder in good standing may participate. A free account is sufficient — no purchase is required. We may decline or remove participants whose promotion methods conflict with these terms or harm the Unmixr brand.

3. Commission

You earn 30% of every subscription payment made by customers who created their account through your referral link — the first payment and every renewal, for as long as their subscription remains active. One-off credit-pack purchases, lifetime-deal purchases, taxes, and refunded amounts are not commissionable. There is no cap on the number of referrals or on total commissions.

4. Attribution

Referrals are tracked with a 60-day cookie, last click wins. Only new customers count: a visitor who already holds an Unmixr account is not attributable. Self-referrals — signing up for a new account through your own link, directly or indirectly — are not commissionable and may lead to removal from the Program.

5. Payouts

Commissions become payable 30 days after they are earned. You may request a payout whenever your payable balance is at least $50 USD. Payouts are processed monthly via local bank transfer in 100+ countries (via Airwallex) or Payoneer. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes on your commission income.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is reversed. If the commission was already paid out, we may deduct the amount from your future commissions.

7. Promotion rules

The following are not permitted: bidding on "Unmixr" or confusingly similar terms in paid search; representing yourself as Unmixr or operating from domains confusingly similar to unmixr.com; distributing your link via coupon/deal sites, spam, or forced clicks; and promoting through content that is misleading or unlawful. Honest reviews and comparisons — including critical ones — are welcome.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the Program's rates prospectively with notice on this page; commissions already earned are unaffected. Either party may end participation at any time. On termination for convenience, earned commissions above the minimum are paid out on the normal schedule; on termination for violation of these terms, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
